Horse's Neck

Ingredients

• Brandy 1⅙ oz
• Ginger Ale 4 oz
• Angostura Bitters a dash
• 1 Lemon Twist

Preparation

1. Pour ingredients into a highball glass over ice.
2. Stir well.
3. Garnish with lemon twist.
