Kappa Colada

Ingredients

• Brandy 2 oz
• Cream of Coconut ⅔ oz
• Vanilla Ice Cream ⅓ oz
• Pineapple Chunk 4 oz
• 1 Pineapple Chunk

Preparation

1. Pour ingredients into blender with ice.
2. Blend well.
3. Pour into collins glass.
4. Garnish with pineapple chunk.
