Pisco Sour


  • Pisco 1½ oz
  • Lemon Juice 1 oz
  • Simple Syrup ⅔ oz
  • Egg White 1 oz
  • Angostura Bitters a dash


  1. Pour ingredients into shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into champagne flute.
  4. Add a splash of angostura bitters.
