Snow Ball

Ingredients

• Brandy 2 oz
• Ginger Ale 6 oz
• Simple Syrup 1 oz
• Egg 1 oz

Preparation

1. Pour ingredients except ginger ale into shaker with ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into collins glass.
4. Top with ginger ale.
