Wassail

Ingredients

• Stout Beer 4 oz
• Spiced Rum 2 oz
• Lemon Juice ⅙ oz
• Simple Syrup ⅓ oz
• 1 Tsp Ground Nutmeg
• 1 Tsp Ground Ginger
• 1 Apple Slice
• 1 Lemon Slice

Preparation

1. Pour apple slice and lemon slice into a highball glass.
2. Pour tsp ground ginger and tsp ground nutmeg into a bowl.
3. Add ingredients.
4. Heat ingredients on stove.
5. Pour into highball glass.
