Nomayo

Ingredients

• Gin 1½ oz
• Elderflower Liqueur ⅔ oz
• Aperol ½ oz
• Lemon Juice ½ oz
• Champagne 1 oz
• 1 Orange Twist

Preparation

1. Pour ingredients except champagne into shaker with ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled champagne coupe.
4. Top with champagne.
5. Garnish with orange twist.
