Texas Sipper

Ingredients

• Club Soda 6 oz
• Vodka 1½ oz
• Grapefruit Juice 1½ oz
• Elderflower Liqueur ½ oz
• 1 Mint Sprig

Preparation

1. Pour ingredients except club soda into shaker with ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into collins glass with ice.
4. Top with club soda.
5. Garnish with mint sprig.
