Gin Fizz

Ingredients

• Gin 2 oz
• Sugar 2 dashes
• Lime Juice a dash
• Club Soda 8 oz
• 1 Maraschino Cherry

Preparation

1. Pour lime juice, gin, and sugar into shaker with ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into highball glass with ice.
4. Top with club soda.
5. Garnish with maraschino cherry.
