Perfect Rob Roy

Ingredients

• Scotch Whisky 1½ oz
• Sweet Vermouth ⅙ oz
• Dry Vermouth ⅙ oz
• Angostura Bitters 2 dashes
• 1 Lemon Twist

Preparation

1. Pour ingredients into shaker with ice.
2. Add a splash of angostura bitters.
3. Stir well.
4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
5. Garnish with lemon twist.
