Blue Steel

Ingredients

• Gold Rum 2 oz
• Simple Syrup ½ oz
• Lime Juice ½ oz
• Passion Fruit Syrup ⅙ oz
• Orgeat Syrup ⅙ oz
• Angostura Bitters a dash
• Blue Curaçao ½ oz
• 1 Orange Wheel
• 1 Lime Wheel

Preparation

1. Pour ingredients except blue curaçao into a hurricane glass over ice.
2. Stir well.
3. Top with blue curaçao.
4. Garnish with orange wheel and lime wheel.
