Ingredients

  • Cachaça 1½ oz
  • Dark Créme de Cacao ½ oz
  • Simple Syrup ½ oz
  • Cream 2 oz
  • Vanilla Extract ⅓ oz
  • Coffee 2½ oz

Preparation

  1. Pour ingredients except vanilla extract and cream into shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Pour into irish coffee glass.
  4. Pour vanilla extract and cream into shaker.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Float mix on top.
